Two Hours

I slept from 4AM to 6AM this morning for inexplicable reasons. My webcam wasn't working yesterday and I wish it had, because the picture probably would have been better and my hair is still wet. Actually, I really dislike taking display pictures - let alone photos at all. However, my mom claims that my previous one makes me look "so much older," because my hair was clipped up. Frankly, I don't think that's a very nice thing to say to someone, but I still take her word for it. That's the four-leaf clover necklace she bought me, by the way. For now, I've got to run :]

New Display Picture

What I'm Reading/Listening To: Kill Hannah - Scream. It's my favourite song at the moment and I play it on loop all day. I'm also currently reading The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde and one of the characters is mentioned in it: "Enacting Sybil Vane in some tragic play."

I know I haven't updated my usual display picture in maybe over two years, so I thought I'd do it today while I have a spare moment. I'm a big fan of modifying the contrast, but the tracheotomy scar is still slightly visible in this picture. The four-leaf clover necklace my mom bought me got cut, so I'll try to include it next time. I don't usually wear my hair up, but I thought it was time for a bit of change and the new clips I got are easy to use.

First Day of W'08 Term

I've been very busy throughout the holiday, but I'm actually kind of excited to be back at school. In a few minutes, I have to go to Linear Algebra, followed by Calculus and ending the day by 11:30 AM with Managerial Accounting, but I just thought I'd post these pictures quickly. I bought a lot of new clothes during the break and I can't quite fit everything into my closet(s).



I'm sorry for the blurriness of the pictures but I was in a bit of a hurry because I spent a lot of time fixing a sewing mistake that I didn't notice when I bought the top ($25). I think the new boots were about $55 or so and the black lace gloves were around $4. I believe the black jacket was about $35. I don't usually do anything for my hair, but the clip that isn't quite visible was $3.50 on average.

Update: I just got back from classes and I must say, the right boot is ridiculously smaller than the left one. I suspect it got labelled incorrectly or something.
